Our Approach
Jesus & Community Focused
We are a community that comes along side each woman pre & post release. The reentry process is difficult, and we hope to guide, support and provide for each woman as she transitions. We offer a holistic approach, as we work with them to achieve success in all areas of their life. We are distinctive, as we not only provide for tangible needs, but our focus is on introducing them to Jesus and allowing Him to transform their lives. We are ministers of reconciliation that desire to share the love of Jesus as we walk with each woman through the discipleship process. 73% of offenders do not have a plan for release. We want to change that. Benjamin Franklin says it best, “By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail”. Could this be a reason why the recidivism rate is so high? Thoughts to ponder. We have teamed up with the Department of Corrections to offer a continuum of care to help the women have a plan prior to release and support as they are released.

We assist the women in all areas of their lives by helping them locate a job, assist in writing their resume, interview skills, if they want to go to school we help guide them on their path, we provide their basic necessities which includes housing, we offer bible studies & recovery groups for support and community. We provide financial literacy education and help them with a budget. We support healthy living which includes food preparation and appropriate exercise. We have fun together! We have monthly and quarterly activities that allow us to build relationships. They serve their community. We find a a need in the community and the women help fill that need. Through Justified the women and the community is transformed together!

We desire community. Period. We want them to have support as they journey through transition. We want them to love others and be loved by others. We hope as we disciple they will in turn have a desire to disciple others. We are doing life with them-this is not a PROGRAM!
